Mark Houston, the one this group "Mad Dog" gets its name from, goes into great detail on the steps specifically steps 1 and 4. In the second part of this workshop he does something called theater of the lie, this is a helpful approach of looking at an inventory with all the characters we each have.

Mark does decide to step away from the microphone during this talk, making the recording more difficult to hear at times, but still worth listening to.
