In the second part of this workshop he does something called theater of the lie, this is a helpful approach of looking at an inventory with all the characters we each have.

Harry M. Tiebout M.D. was an American psychiatrist who promoted the Alcoholics Anonymous approach to the public, patients and fellow professionals. He served on the Board of Trustees of Alcoholics Anonymous from 1957–1966. Here Dr. Tiebout talks about the need of ego reduction, and surrender as a practice.
